BIOGRAPHY OF THE DIRECTOR

      Born in Diber, in June 1982.

He completed his primary and secondary education in Diber. He finished his university studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina. He completed his master's studies in International Relations at the University of Southeast Europe.

Jobs: worked for 6 months at the KMLDNj Institute in Pristina for the scientific research about the violation of human rights until 1999.

He has participated in several scientific conferences as a student of Political and Legal Sciences and part of the research of the COD Institute (Prishtina).

For 9 years, he held the position of administrator for the provision of free legal aid, at the Ministry of Justice, Diber sector.

For 1 year he held the position of secretary of the Municipal Council.

As a participant in the Local Electoral Commission in the capacity of deputy secretary, he has a mandate and other electoral organizational roles.

Since February 2021, he has held the position of Appointed Director at NKP/JKP Standard Diber, as the youngest director in age in this enterprise.

Since June 2021, he has also held the position of Deputy Chairman of ADKOM (the association of municipal enterprises in RMV).

Mission:

To enhance the functionality of the NKP in all aspects.

Vision

 Full economic independence, increased collection, transformation of the payment and service system, provision of higher quality drinking water services, removal of wastewater, efficient waste management and improvement of public cleanliness.

These are the 2 pillars on which I took my mandate as director and which so far we have managed to realize the bulk of the promises made and present a new face of NKP Stanadard in the city of Dibra.

The mission and dedication continue and we are optimistic that we will reach our goal as an enterprise.
